A visit to Heatplumb

It's cold and grey as I walk along Out Northgate. Arriving at Heatplumb however, not only am I given a warm welcome, but a few minutes later I am standing in front of their bestselling gasfire, the Kinder Oasis, thinking that I would quite like to grab some cushions and warm my toes in front of it.

"Is it because it feels so warm that it's the bestseller?" I ask Ian Pattle, owner and manager.

"Yes, it has a high heat output," he affirms. "But it's also easy to use, and and it can be made to fit in with all types of decor: the trim and fret can be changed."

There are plenty of fires to choose from in the showroom too, and brochures for more to hand. Heatplumb also provide a full installation service. He listens carefully to customers' requirements and can advise on the best options.
